Bought a specific tire from WALMARt.com to replace a tire that went bad a couple of months after purchase of a new set. I was sent the wrong size tire and the wrong size and tread pattern. I contacted WALMART.com and was put in contact with Best Wheels Online to resolve this issue. After a couple of phone calls and some emailing back and forth with walmart.com and best wheels online, nothing was done to resolve this issue. I was told that a return label would be sent to me so that they could send out the correct tire after they received the wrong tire back. after nearly 20days of waiting I tried to contact them again. You would think that a company being set up with another company like WALMART would want to make sure that their customers are taken care of. But alas they do not want to speak to you for their screw up. DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not fix their mistakes. They will avoid you at all cost. If i could I would rate them a 0 star for customer support. The worst I have ever dealt with.
