I ordered via Walmart.com with free 2 day delivery. UPS sent a shipping confirmation but the vendor requested a return to sender instead of delivering it. I just happened to click on tracking details and learned of it. I contacted Walmart and the vendor NEVER answered Walmart’s call. Very shady vendor. Walmart issued an immediate refund. After reading these reviews, I’m glad they requested a return to sender, it probably would’ve been a crappy product. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Upset!!! I CLEARLY ASKED them if the item was refurbished and they told me NEW IN BOX!! They price gouged and charged DOUBLE the worth but I took a chance because of business needs and got swindled. There was WET INK still in the ink housing and I’m returning this product immediately. I’m expecting to be contacted or I will leave reviews o. Every online site imaginable

Not much of a review, more informational. They're currently selling a PS4 Pro on Walmart website for $529.99 when Walmart is selling the same exact product for 299.99. Their fault or Walmart fault? Shop around people. I hope this helps at least one person.

I'm reaching out due to absolutely horrible service (complete lack of service) from Best Deals. I purchased a laptop that was supposed to be brand new. After about 2 months I ran into several hardware issues. The manufacturer was of no help (Dell) and Best Deals pretty much wanted nothing to do with the issue. They never answer your call and provide rude short responses via email. I highly recommend never purchasing from this 3rd party seller as they appear to be a scam.
