I got a dashcam from you guys and a piece broke off inside my console. I really don't want to give my dashcam a bad rating but seriously? I just want to know if getting a replacement piece for the car charger port on the hyperion dash cam is possible- the pin on the end is no longer interacting with the spring and i cannot find whatever piece im missing. literally EVERY link that says "seller contact info" or "seller info" ANYWHERE just takes me to walmart.com. Not giving me ANY sort of information as to who i can actually contact, no, just broken links! I'll remove this review if I can get an answer from SOMEBODY, I just have no way of contacting anyone. Please. I just want to be able to use this dashcam again.
