I bought Dermalogica Total Eye Care thru Walmart. Order filled by this site. First one I received had an expired date in it. Returned it. Ordered a new one and the expiration date was cut off of the top of the tube. What a ripoff.

Not real happy! I ordered Redken SoftConditioner and received the shampoo instead!

Ordered from Walmart.com twice and received correct item both times. The product I bought is normally over twice the price from the manufacturer which is odd, but it appears legit and works as it should.

Was sent wrong item. contacted seller multiple times and walmart customer service. Seller refused to send correct item or refund me without me spending my own time/ $ to return wrong item. That is theft, plain and simple. NEVER buy from this company.

Do *not* buy from this seller. After I received the eye cream I ordered from them, I contacted them to let them know it was unsatisfactory (burned my eyes). After finally getting back to me (I had to get a message to Walmart to contact me) the seller offered to refund my money upon receipt of the item. I returned the item at my own expense, then checked tracking to see if seller had received item, which they had. Seller had said they would be looking for item and would issue refund upon receipt. But I had to contact seller to ask for refund. They then messaged me asking for the tracking number which I provided. Then they sent another message asking for address it was sent to. After I provided that, they indicated they could not find item and assumed USPS had lost it and that they would need to collect insurance money before issuing a refund. At this point I contacted Walmart customer service, who issued a refund. I returned the item in less than the month that they require, but the process with this seller took over two months. And they never even made good on their mess. Incredibly bad business.

ORDERED PRODUCT - WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED - WANTED TO RETURN - THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE PRODUCT BACK. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS TODAY REFUSES TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS? I'LL TELL YOU, A REALLY BAD COMPANY. AND, THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THIS PLACE IS, A REALLY BAD COMPANY. WHY DO WE NEVER GET AN OPTION FOR A NEGATIVE REVIEW?

The product from this seller is counterfeit.

Bought dermalogica product from this seller. I am a long-time dermalogica user. This stuff numbed my face like lidocaine, so I took a closer look at the item and compared it with the bottle I just finished. It’s really close, but the bottle and printing isn’t quite right.

Package was never delivered, claimed it was delivered by USPS. Unwilling to engage or to provide a refund. Terrible customer service and a rip off.
