I bought a skirt 2 weeks ago, way too big, see through very very poor quality. I have been trying to initiate a return. I was told my Walmart, Simlu would contact me, but I haven't heard rom them; I tried to call no one picks up. I tried to send an email: impossible I haven't been able to reach anyone to return the skirt. SHOP ELSEWHWERE!!!!!!

Run from this company. I purchased a sweater that is so small, maybe a young child could wear it. Tried to initiate a return and I have yet to get a response. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewear.

I ordered assymetrical skirts (5 in total) . They senrt me 2 ugly shirts that are exactly the same! How do you screw that up? I bought these skirts for a vacation trip I have planned to leave in 15 days and you better send me my correct order that I already paid for!

I received a shirt that is supposed to be a 2x but is so small it fits my 11 year old. Haven't been able to reach anyone to return it.

I ordered a burgundy sweater for my sister's wedding. I received a burgundy skirt by mistake. I contacted Walmart customer service but they were unable to do anything since apparently I ordered the sweater from Simlu which is a third party vendor. I was told my Walmart, Simlu would contact me, but I haven't heard from them yet. I am hoping for rush delivery or a refund and of course I want to return the skirt. This is so frustrating.

I ordered 2 short sleeved tops in black and mocha. I received a greed long sleeved crop top. I have not been able to get anyone to respond to my request for refund.
