BUYER BEWARE these are cheap chinese lamps,there warranty is a JOKE.You have to pay out of pocket to send the busted bulb back to them which costs half the price of the new one.Replacement lasted 2 days waste of time and money you get what you pay for, bend over and grab your ankles
I ordered a table top heating lamp and two days later I received an email from the supplier stating that there has been an "adjustment" to the order and that the order was cancelled by the customer. Well, I didn't cancel the order and when I called Azano I was stuck on hold for 30 minutes and finally the call was dropped. The purchase fee was processed by Walmart through Visa and now appears on my account but I have no idea on the status of the order, who's got my money and why the order was cancelled. Very very poor service.
