Atlantic Sales

Horrible customer service. I bought a phone and it was obvious the box had been open and re-taped closed. It did NOT have a users manual like it said on the box. It only had a warranty little booklet that had very tiny print and most of it the ink was faded and smeared and it was basically illegible. I tired to set it up by downloading the manual and following the directions but after three months of multiple attempts to set things up on the phone I never got it to work and finally gave up. When I asked for their help they said it was past the return time. I told them that the date of purchase was before Christmas because it was given as a Christmas gift and then I spent months when I had time to try and try to get it working right so that is why it is past the 90 days. I never got to use the phone. They would not take it back. Walmart was not any help either. It was an AT&T phone and they wouldn't help as well. I went back and forth with Atlantic Sales and was very nice about it but they said they will not make an exception on the 90 days. I will never buy from Walmart marketplace again. And will never buy from Atlantic Sales in any way. I will continue to tell people about my experience as it was very disheartening in these times to not be able to get something you pay for that works. :( makes me sad about the world and this place had no compassion whatsoever. I was so kind and met with total resistance to kindness if I could rate a negative star for the product and customer services I guess I would.
