Scam company. Charged me $100 for 5 costumes. 3 costumes arrives late and I was given a fake tracking number for the other 2 that never arrived. I have my son the 3 costumes for his birthday so I did not have the heart to take them away to return for a refund. I was ripped off. ATAFA is a scam company.
BUYER BEWARE! This company selling through WALMART is scamming and misleading customers. Totally price gouging- charged $27 for a 1.6 ounce packet of Tuna fish. I reached out and they did absolutely nothing. Just awful customer service and rip off!!!!!!!!!
AFTA is a bait-and-switch company. Product pictures clearly showed a box. I received ONE item from inside the box worth at MOST $2 and paid $16.45.
SCAM
I ordered a product from you it was shipped to ames ia not Knoxville ia . I tried to get it straightened out through Walmart .com atafa was suppose to contact me they never so I looked up number and called they told me they all ready responded to me they never told me they refunded my money they never they still have the item on web site .not very trust worthy place and Walmart should not have company's on the web site like this and wall Walmart has some item and they wouldn't replace it so dirty deal all the way around
A truly worthless customer support endeavor. I ordered an item on Walmart website and within 10 minutes tried to cancel. Never heard back from them, but sure as hell it was shipped and issued a tracking number. Delivery is about 13 days how. How pathetic is that?
ATAFA, I ordered a small item and cancelled the next day. ATAFA responded that they overlooked my cancellation and gave me a tracking number. Third day ATAFA charged my PayPal. It is now a full 7 days USPS "Currently Awaiting Package". No refund no product. The only bright spot here is that ATAFA is a Walmart supplier so if I ever get the package I will get a full refund.
This company cannot be trusted. I ordered a 50 lb. item through Walmart. ATAFA claimed it was shipped and provided a tracking number. I never received it. The shipper claims the item they received from ATAFA was about 1 oz. Although Walmart credited my account, it’s obvious from many negative reviews and numerous previous complaints to Walmart that ATAFA is not trustworthy.
Totally taking advantage of the COVID19 situation. Almost $250 for children's Advil!!! You must be kidding. I know what company I will NEVER buy from again
