I do not order for irobot $599 and they still charge on my acct through walmart web. Be careful with their method. I have to replace the new credit card
Had an item purchased by accident and IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED THE ITEM within 3 minutes after ordering - was told it WOULD NOT BE SHIPPED - only to find out today that it WAS shipped and will take a week to get here.....and then have to wait another week to send it back - all the while they've taken it out of my account and are difficult to work with - and they LIED! Was told they would NOT SHIP IT and the refund would be processed in 48 hours - I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!! AND I CANNOT get their "Customer Service" person on the phone - SHOCKER!
Horable customer service and then hang up on you when waiting for the manager.

My Walmart account had the wrong address on it and I shipped my keyboard to the wrong house. I wouldn't have been able to get it from that address anymore. I couldn't cancel the order through Walmart or change the address. I sent an email to asavings customer service and they canceled the order so I could redo it with the correct address. Very thankful.
