Made purchase, but they did not "confirm" the order until a few days later. Made us think the order did not go through.

When we finally received the email confirmation for the order, the item never shipped out. Days later, received a USPS tracking number, but it was just an issued label - no actual ship out.

Impossible to get a hold of anybody from the seller! DO NOT buy from them!

I hate them. I been trying to get a return label for a month and their excuse is the system is down and then now 30 days has hit and all of a sudden I can’t get one anymore. Pure BS. I will be complaining to BBB with this one. This is ridiculous .Zero stars should be an option

This company is a big SCAM. AVOID IT!!!!!! Bought an item, had to return it and they took 2 weeks to send me a label. They received the item back and did not return my money. THIEVES!!!!

Sent my calendar to a wrong address in a different state! No response from e-mail.

Ordered product and received it in a timely fashion. The item however would not work for us. We have requested a return and continue to get the run around. We wish the item would of worked but unfortunately these things happen and you sometimes have to make a return. This company does not seem professional. I will be contacting Walmart. Walmart themselves have always given good service us. I can't say that is the case with this company. I would not order from them again.

If I could I would choose 0 stars, this is the only Wal-Mart vender that I have had a problem with. The 1st item I ordered claimed it was delivered it was NOT, so Wal-Mart refunded my money the 2nd order was left at a mailbox in another state, now the 3rd and last time I will ever order from this vender my order is waiting for me to pick it up in another state. Thank goodness Wal-Mart is great about refunding for this crappy company.

Shame on you Walmart for using a scam company.

Ordered two monster high moanica dolls for my kids. Got a tracking #. Well, the tracking said it was delivered...AT THE WRONG CITY AND STATE! I see it happens a lot with this company! Tried to contact them twice already- no response! Such con artists!!!! Well, they will be hearing from me for a long time until I get my refund! I don't give up that easy! Walmart should drop them or get legal team involved since they schemed so many walmart customers. I'd doesn't look good for walmart when people are unhappy with the services. AWEFUL company this Appletree technology ink! People, be aware of them! Don't purchase anything from that company even through walmart!

Received incorrect size battery, not much help from Walmart. Very poor service.

Ordered twice - BOTH times the items were sent to a different state. Now the items are out of stock. Emailed them numerous times but no answer. Will not be ordering from Appletree technologies again. Walmart issued a refund both times. How does this happen TWICE?? If I could not give any stars, I would. Very disappointed. Walmart needs to look into this...

Sent wrong product tried to call for refund info only got a recording. Called WALLMARTfor Marketplace assistance led me to believe

it was going to be taken care of and would contact me via e-mail within 24 hours. Guess what no e-mail. Walmart shame on you for using this company.

Ordered dewormer. They filled it with a different product than the one pictured. Requested a refund , “we will get back to you” every week for three weeks. I can’t believe Walmart let’s them still sell products

Received the wrong hearing battery and have no way to make an exchange through this business. Walmart "Chat" was very nice, but could be of no help.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Sent item to wrong address and refuse to answer E mails. ONLY solution is to stop credit card payment in dealing with this company. Really a disgrace that a reasonable company like Walmart facilitates the sale of their products. AVOID---AVOID----AVOID

They do not provide return authorization, nor return labels. All email inquiries are answered with the same automated reply.

Calls to customer service are answered offshore by a help desk farm with language difficulties and no assistance.

Walmart really failed with this vendor.

Will not provide return authorization or mailing label after 4 conversations. Very unprofessional.
