I did not receive the item I ordered back in April, and despite several attempts to get a refund or get the item, no one has responded to my requests.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I got a tracking number through USPS and it said it was delivered but I hadn't received it. When I contacted my local post office to see if they had my order there, they said it was left in someone else's parcel locker (my order definitely was too big to fit in a parcel locker) and the description did not match my order. I contacted the company and got a response that seemed like an automated message saying it would arrive in 5-6 business days. I waited more than a week and never received anything so I tried contacting them multiple times again and never received a response. It has now been over 2 months and I still haven't gotten my order! They are an absolutely terrible company!!!!

The same thing happened to me as to Jenifer above. Part of my order was noted as delivered. It was not. They even said that someone received it. No one did. After a follow up, I was told it would be replaced...even got a shipping number that kept saying a label was being made. It was cancelled and I contacted them again. They said they would replace the order. It's been over a month and NOTHING has been done.

I placed my order through Walmart on April 7, 2023. They said my order was delivered on April 17, 2023. It was not delivered. Walmart turned this problem over to Anoop Shop, LLC who supposedly shipped my order to me. On April 26, 2023, Anoop Shop, LLC informed me via email, my order was shipped and I will receive it in 5 to 6 business days. Today is May 5, 2023, it has now been 7 business days and I still have not received the order.
