May 2023 tracking #, pkg signed by unknown person at unknown address. FedEx will not provide info, seller said they are banned from Walmart and Walmart refuses to refund for this fraudulent transaction. Credit card company won't refund either. I will be on hold with Walmart all day yet again to dispute this shipment.

I purchase a coffee maker from them. They sent me a tracking number for FedEx which was correct. Walmart tells me that the item has been delivered and has not refunded my purchase. This company is not legitimate. I don't trust Walmart anymore.

Order a Eufy vacuum, order to the wrong house yet again! They took a picture and all. I’m trying to see if FedEx will do something about it!

I wish I would have seen these posts sooner as same with me. Ordered two folding cot chairs from Walmart.com but seller is ANNAEY Co LTD. Fed ex showing both items delivered different dates one had a signature of a person unknown to me, and the home they took a picture of is not mine. Who received and signed for it beats me but I am now on the hook for a chair that I never received. I’m disputing charges on Walmart, affirm, fed ex. Not sure how with all the tracking information available and they still can’t figure out where they wrongfully delivered the package and who signed for it. Everyone has ring cameras pretty much and I had no fed ex deliveries on either dates they claim fed ex delivered… complete scam is right and not sure how they can do this to people. I won’t be ordering online again.

Complete scam. I just got off the phone with Walmart support. They said they will no longer do business with this company. They duplicate tracking number and then never send you the item at all.

Scam says delivered never arrived went to a complete different address. They don’t answer when time for refund or replacement. Was only able to get some where with Walmart

Buyers beware. This company is a fraud. They lost my package and there is NO CONTACT information available.

Scam! They use fake labels that are going to area but not your house and item you ordered

Having the exact same issue as the other reviewers here. This is one of those fake companies out to scam consumers. Walmart should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for allowing this to continue to happen.

I was ripped off by this company just like all the other people leaving reviews. Fedex tracking number is not for my address, item dimensions and weight do not match those for the item I ordered, etc. etc. They are crooks. I give them ZERO STARS.

This company is a scam and Walmart should band them from doing business. They create fake labels and never ship the product. I’m going to do my best to ensure they are investigated by the feds.

THIS IS A SCAM my mom ordered a mr.coffee on sale on the Walmart app and magically it said delivered but we didn’t get a package thank god Walmart refunded us this company is liars they email my mom back saying the package was lost in logistics if that’s the case why did you mark it as delivered and y’all couldn’t give me a refund but it came from yall I had to get a refund from Walmart this is ridiculous I hope this comes back around to these scammers.FRAUD .

Same. Ordered item, FedEx given wrong tracking number. Item was delivered to a different person in the same city and from a different company that this one. Walmart tells me to contact FedEx to open a case and wait 48 hours to contact them for refund. FedEx tells me to contact the seller but cannot even contact them since Walmart has removed them from the Walmart site. Giving both the seller AND Walmart zero stars if I could. Walmart knows it is a scammer and told me that is why they removed the seller. So if they know it's a scammer, why do I have to wait for a refund?

This is crazy! I literally just got off the phone with FedEx and they confirmed that the tracking info I was sent was not for my address, even though the package is showing delivered. The Walmart chat rep had a hard time understanding that they had given me and FedEx the wrong information...now, I'm supposed to wait 48 hrs. to hear back from a seller that has a dead link on Walmart's own website...what the heck? It looks like Walmart will have to spot me the refund since they are ok doing business with companies that can't even get a package to its destination.

Order was marked as delivered by fedex. Not only did I not receive my order. They delivered the wrong item to the wrong address.

Stressed enough without their crap. Gave false fed ex number ughh Walmart vet these sellers better.

Scam at it's best even used fedex for delivery of one item to nearby resident but gives walmart the same tracking number for my order. They made $60 profit at walmart's expense.

I see this company has quite a scam going on. Curious if any one else had their package go to stevensonville, Michigan or another city in your state that might not exist. Walmart really need to vet their sellers better

Complete scam! Even had someone sign for the package not even here in my city!!!! What scumbags to just steal from people outright!!!! Karma is a bitch ! Wouldn’t even give 1 star
