Ordered a Nintendo Switch from Wal-Mart. Did not realize that it was through this 3rd party. Received some generic, no name switch. Attempted to contact them with no luck. Also tried to return at Wal-Mart, but they won't accept. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR!!! ZERO STAR RATING!
I would leave zero stars if possible. STAY AWAY. Scammers. Same as above... I ordered a large high quality Tonka Mighty Steel dumbstruck that is about one and a half feet all and two feet long. I received a very small cheap plastic truck. Completely obvious that this is a blatant scam. I don't understand why WalMArt lets scammers sell like this. I thought I Was buying from WalMart, not some scammer.
I ordered a Revlon Hair Dryer and I received a knock off. She offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the product. I asked for a full refund with me returning the product. This is the email I received from her - Thank you for your reply. We are sorry to inform you that due to a recent system failure, we are currently unable to process your issue. Please contact Walmart directly to handle it for you. Thank you for your understanding.

STAY AWAY! I ordered a 16 inch jumbo plush that I had been looking for for months from this seller on Walmart's website and I received a small 8 inch knock-off. I contacted the seller to ask about the mix up and get the correct toy. They responded that they would give me a 20% refund and that I can keep the toy. I replied that I have no use for the smaller one and that I would like them to send me the correct item I ordered. They responded back that they would give me a 50% refund instead. Realizing I was getting nowhere, I just said fine. I got an immediate response that, unfortunately, their "refund system was down" and that they would be unable to process my refund at this time.
