This is not vengeful review. This is a simply a fact. One of the worst companies I have ever purchased from. I ordered correctly. They sent the wrong car mats twice! They then told me I was given a credit for the returned mats which I never received. Had to dispute the charge with the credit card company, twice! Believe me when I say this is an abbreviated review because so much was sheer aggravation. I would love to hear back from these people. Not recommended.

Received wrong product. Was never contacted or responded to when I tried myself. Was going to order original product again and now it’s out of stock. I think it was out of stock when I first ordered and they sent me something similar instead of contacting me or refunding my money.

If I could, I'd leave a half a star. Str8 trash...

The shipping is very very bad. I am still waiting. I am told from FedEx my package is delayed with no date for delivery

It's been almost a year I have been waiting for floor mats and I can never get an answer from this .. this seller is a joke , walmart should be more like Amazon and stand behind the sellers . Even if you contact them they act like they can't help you .. this is crap

I paid for car mats. Days later I called to get an update on shipment and was told my item was out of stock. I was told I would receive a refund. I never received a pending refund in my account and called a second time. I was told my refund would be sent. Has not been sent I will report this to BBB walmart and legal counsel for litigation.

Received the wrong item

ordered 4 pcs car mat set from American Auto Crews Inc, was promised delivery in 5 days took 3 weeks to arrive.

not even a american owned company. i could have had them from any other place in a week at most. the price of

the mats are higher than others also.

please take your business elsewhere. very disappointed!

I ordered a car sun shade on July 26th, 2020 and it stated that it shipped the next day yet it never moved from it's initial shipping place. Have not received item and will continue to bug the seller as well as Walmart to attempt to get a refund.

I ordered seat covers from this company. They said the item was shipped out on June 1st, here it July 14th and I still have not received them yet. I called and got a message that kept saying “no agents are available, leave a number and email address". I did that and have not heard anything as of today.Take them off. Do not order from them they will rip you off and keep your money.

Ordered item, they said it would be here in 2 days it is now 13 days later and have received nothing. Called and got a “no agents are available to take ur call” msg. Scam company. Why does Walmart allow them to keep selling? Take them off. Do not order from them they will rip you off and keep ur money.

I ordered seat covers and when I received them one of the headrest covers was missing. I emailed them about it and the guy told me they don't carry those seat covers, even though they came from their company and had a card with their email on it! He just laughed (Lol) and refused to help!

Ordered seat covers for a 2013 silverado over two months ago. Received them and they were absolutely worthless. Returned them and still no refund Brandon. Where the hell is my money? Do not order from this ripoff company. 0 star negative rating. I want my fringing money now.

American Auto Crew, Please dont use this company for any products. I purchased wheel covers for my wife's car and one came broken during shipping. I called the American Auto Crew directly and after having me send pictures to verify the item was broken in the box they still refused to send a new one. They were nasty, disrespectful, unprofessional and dont give a shit about the customer. They're a ghetto business looking to make a quick dollar. Walmart, eBay and Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for letting their customers get scammed like that.

Last month I ordered truck seat covers twice with no delivery. I was told the seat cover will be in May. which I You raised the price when I ordered the second one,

what is up with that?
