These people are scalpers. They buy up electronics and sell them at higher prices

Like many others on this site I have a maddening experience with this company. Ordered an Xbox from what I thought was Wal-Mart. Package delayed for2weeks, then arrives without the controller, usb, and games have been calling all day and no response. Will try Wal-Mart next. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Wish I would've seen these reviews before I bought an xbox off Walmart. Thought I was ordering from Walmart, not these frauds. Wouldn't take a return right after Christmas and Walmart says they can't do anything about so we're stuck with the wrong item. Agree they don't even deserve 1 star!

They advertised a iphone as new and sealed, it was not , it was open and had a dead battery. Apple does not ship phones with dead batteries, they ship them half full to preserve battery health.

When it returned it for a refund they kept 140.00 , 40.00 was tax. That's my money. They stole from me. They misrepresented a product and then stole from the customer. The item was purchased on Ebay and Ebay won't respond.

Don't Use Ebay or alldayzip. They are lies and thrives....

Worst company ever! Ordered Xbox and canceled in the same day and was refunded by Walmart. 2 days later get a email saying i would be charged if i didn’t return the package that i never received called and told Walmart i never received and was told no problem. Fast forward to today wake up with a charge on my account for the non received package! Walmart’s saying there is nothing they can do until all day zip contacts me. Long story short NEVER order from these frauds!!!

Not a good company if you want to refund or cancel an order. I purchased the inflated price they listed for an Xbox series s but learned another store was gonna get some in physical stock at the normal rate. So I tried to put in a request to cancel the order on the same day but I had to contact Walmart support. They tried to get in contact with this seller and I did the same, but nothing. They did manage to cancel the warranty I had purchased but told me to wait a couple days for the seller to contact me. Never heard anything from them period, but the next day I found out on the website that they changed it from processing order to shipped. Walmart couldn’t help me so I tried to contact the seller again and still nothing. The following day Walmart said if I could contact the courier, I could cancel the shipment and they would refund me the money. I contacted usps and they said the shipping label had been canceled the day after the order processed. So basically I tried to cancel an order and the seller refused to contact either me or Walmart, and tried to scam me out of my money afterwards. Walmart did everything they could though and did indeed issue the refund, so I’m glad for that, but don’t deal with this seller.

Bad company to do business with, my order came in damaged and missing parts

I purchased an electronic product from Walmart and didn't notice it was from a third party vendor Alldayzip never would ship it for over a week and it was a present that was needed in 3 weeks. I finally found the product locally and promptly requested and received a refund from Walmart for the product.

Of course the product was shipped by Alldayzip once I got my refund and it was an ordeal for me to an answer from them regarding returning the product. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Complete. Scam.

I bought an Nintendo Switch off the Walmart site, unaware it was a Marketplace item through alldayzip. When the package arrived everything inside was not only clearly used (scratches, gunk in crevasses) but broken (missing pieces) and did not power on. Within the hour of receiving the broken item I returned it to Walmart where they took care of shipping it back to alldayzip, no problem. I was then notified my return had been canceled because the items did not match those of the original purchase from the seller (alldayzip). When I was directed to alldayzip by Walmart, they sited missing vouchers and original packaging missing. -SCAM- Everything was returned that was received in it's original form - broken, used and non-functioning. Thankfully Walmart was able to process a full refund. As if 2020 hasn't been enough, folks are STILL out here trying every angle in a slimy way. I'm shocked Walmart would associate with a business like this.

I purchased a Nintendo switch on walmart.com/ alldayzip. It arrived December 10, 2020 as a Christmas gift for my son. He opened and started playing with it on Christmas Day. January 14th it stopped working while we were playing it, the screen went black. We have not been able to get it to turn back on. Alldayzip refuses to refund because they said it was past the 30 day return window, send to the manufactor! Why does it need to be repaired so soon! We have a xbox, play station for years and neither have had to be repaired. If I could give zero I would!!! Zip your pockets before you buy anything from them.

Ordered a very expensive electronic that never arrived. Contacted delivery company who did not help, told to contact all day zip who was responsible for filing the claim on our behalf (we also filed a claim with the delivery CO). Alldayzip pretty much refused to help us, treated us like we were lairs and would do nothing. Told to contact Walmart so we did. After almost a month, they refunded our money and now all day zip is harassing us for the package back that we never received to begin with. I do not recommend them nor do I even give them a 1 star rating. The only reason there is 1 is because I had to put in some sort of rating but they are not deserving of any.

Only shipping label created still not on the truck was suppose to receive package yesterday

Stated they would deliver yesterday and not received. No customer service or contact available. Could have guaranteed delivery elsewhere. Package still not on truck. Clearly a Alldayzip problem and not blaming delivery service.
