I ordered a phone through them, I’m sure it was through the delivery that this happened. The back of the phone and two of the three cameras were broken. I turned the phone on and it was glitching. I’ve been trying to get my money back but nobody is answering me

Robbers!!!!!!! They sent the wrong phone and stated it would be refunded once Fedex sends it back. Fedex confirmed they have received the return yet All Out Mobile has not reached out to me regarding a refund. The person running this joke of a company is trying to steal people's money off of fake phones and should be locked up in jail. Communicating with them by phone or email is useless cause they are idiots who can never give straight answers. Avoid All Out Mobile at all cost!

The person running this company, that is not accredited, has two brain cells. They are lazy and rather collect your money than get the order right. When you ask to reach out to the manager, they don't give you the correct contact information. They are mindless and fraudulent. Do not do any business with All Out Mobile

The people running this place is ignorant, uneducated and fraudulent. They sent the wrong phone. It's been over a week and they still haven't properly sent out my order but they sure have taken my money. If they don't send out my phone I will have to report them at my bank. Worse company ever. If you buy anything from here be prepared to work with dumb people.

DISINGENUOUS AND FRAUDULENT

I purchased a phone through All-Out Mobile. It took 10 days to receive it, which seems like a really long time, but to be fair it was in within their estimated shipping time. Once received, I had decided I didn't need the phone and returned to my local Walmart about 5 days after receiving it. It took about a week for my return to be processed and I thought that was the end of it. About 6 weeks later I received communication from Walmart that they were cancelling my return because the All-Out Mobile claims that the item I sent back did not match my order. All-Out Mobile did not attempt to communicate with me at all. I don't see anywhere where I can contest what they are claiming.

I sent back the exact product that was sent to me by the retailer. I never opened the package; in fact, I sent it back in the box it was shipped to me in. It was still in the factory wrapped packaging when I returned it. If the phone somehow didn't match the box (which is what they are claiming) then it happened either on the retailers end or in transit. Also it does not make sense that the retailer would open the phone 6 weeks later to ensure that the phone inside matched the box and attempt to cancel the return. This seems disingenuous and fraudulent. A complaint has been made through the Better Business Bureau.
