If I could give it a zero, I would. I ordered through Walmart on December 13 ---- same as several stories above, I have not received the item and cannot get the company to respond. They charged my credit card and never sent the item. According to the post office, they created a shipping label but never sent the item to me. I think Walmart should stand behind this since they are selling these products through their website.... hopefully they will or I guess I will just be out the money. Do not use this company!!!
Never order from this place. I never received my order and they charged my credit card. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone. I left several messages and they do not respond. DO NOT do any business with them. They are a scam!
Placed an order on 12/14. Said it would be here 12/18. Then said 12/23. It is 12/26 and it still has not arrived. Says it is pending on Rochester , NY. I will never do business with them again. Cannot contact them at all.
I ordered three pairs of socks and received one sock and one child's sweatshirt. Go figure.
I ordered a Summer Gypsy Baggy Tunic Top Shirt Long Sleeve Blouse on October 25 and got shipping information that the product would be delivered at my home by end of business on November 1, 2019. I tried contacting them by email no reply. I called them received voice mail left message no reply. I contacted Walmart the sales associate was very helpful she said she would send request to Marketplace associate so they can expedite my request to why I hadn't received my merchandise nor received any response. They told me to wait 24 hours and someone should email me. So I can see from the beginning this is a company that is not trustworthy. I don't know what kind of merchandise they have because I never received anything. Las shipping information I received was on October 25 and the merchandise was in Katy Texas and as of today November 4 shipping information still says its in Katy Texas. This is bad business practice and you can't stay in business if you're not reliable. Be Aware of This Company
