I ordered a case for my Lenovo 8 tablet. The ad said it could fit. It didn't even come close and all the slots, even camera lens slot were in the wrong place. I must pay shipping and handling to return which is almost as much as I paid for the case!! I will stick with Amazon from now on. They only get one star because that is the lowest rating I can give.

Horrible I paid for fast delivery and was promised a Dec 9 by 9 pm delivery of an Amazon Fire Case it still has not come and no notifications from this lame delivery company. I want my money back. I had to leave my sisters house in the US to return home to Mexico without my case.

I received someone else's phone case. The packing slip has her info. I sent an email asking you what you would like me to do with it. Your response is, if you received your case, what's the problem?

SERIOUSLY? I WAS willing to send to her, but if this is how you react, I'll keep it and sell it. You're on your own!

Horrible customer service!!! Waited over a week for an item to ship.. only after contacting them did they tell me to pick something else!! Do not use until they get their act together!

I purchased cell phone case. was wrong one. Tom guy I emailed with told me to return it and that i had to pay Shipping and Handling.... seriously!

Same thing happened to me. I ordered a product (camo case), email said I would receive it by 11/28. It never came and I was told it got lost in the mail for me to pick another item or a refund. I have requested a refund. If it was not in stock they should have just said it and I would have looked elsewhere.

I placed an order on March 17th for a Rt camo case for Galaxy tab A was told it would be here by the 28th it never came when I asked about it they said oh it got lost in the mail and for me to pick out a different item which I did not want I wanted the one I ordered for hubby I replied back that only a shipping label was done they replied back for the third time saying oh we're out that they will have new inventory next month I just hate being lied to not very good customer service or business if they would have told the truth the first time I wouldn't be so mad but instead I got the runaround
