Trying to contact this seller but have not heard from them (email sent 2/23/19 and it is now 2/26/19....sent email a second time today) as they sent the wrong item but have not heard back from them. I'll update my review when they send me a prepaid return label, refund my purchase, and ship out the correct item.
Bad customer service. Initiated a return because the item and customer service said no problem I could send it back however, it is up to you to return the item and obtain a shipping label. They will not send you a prepaid label. It will cost me over $15 in shipping just to return which is completely ridiculous. They need a better return system. This information was not clearly stated before or after I purchased the item. Had I know this information prior I would not have bought it in the first place.
