I ordered an item on the WalMart Marketplace from this company. I did not receive the product I ordered. I have attempted to contact them 3 times and have never gotten a response to my emails. I am disappointed WalMart does nothing about this when ordering off their site! Will make me think twice before ordering from the marketplace again.
Does not answer return requests.
I am having problems with one of my products - it was a gift bought for my daughter and no response for help with a return after contacting them numerous times. NO RESPONSE!
Their phone number doesn't even seem legit as it keeps looping you around. This is not cool as a vendor and this is terrible customer service.
