I'd rather have given a zero stars but I wasn't able too. I ordered there Exgreem (however you spell it) charging cable that lights up (the blue one) on April 30th, 2021 and it was supposed to have arrived by May 11, 2021. Its already May 20th, and its STILL NOT here, and everytime I check Walmart.com to track it on there it just says "Delayed" like ALL THE FREAKING TIME!!!!!!! They "shipped" it via usps and the United States Postal Service tracking keeps saying that its "Arriving Late, but it's on it's way" and that is all I get from that! They either just shipped an empty package, or someone stole it OR it got lost. This company is HORRIBLE, they do NOT contact anyone back and just don't care about anyone but themselves and lining their greedy pockets with OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered face shields. I got a notification that it was delivered today. Nothing was delivered. The customer service associate at walmart.com said Fed Ex sometimes scans packages before they are delivered. I said no they do not. On the walmart site it says UNKNOWN carrier NOT Fed Ex. So Walmart issued a refund. This 1 by 1 is NOT a reliable seller.

I purchased a face shield for $6.95; it was discolored and very blurry, when I contacted customer service they asked for pictures, however they claimed the product is at its highest quality. They refused to send me a shipping label and I am still going back and forth for $6.95. Their products is at very low quality and their customer service nonexistent.

where is my order? have 2 days saying: Pre Shipment this is my tracking number: 9400111899563927027379 and my order number is: # 4392081-108961

This 1 by 1 us inc is the scam Chinese company, I ordered the item that have not received, called them they told me that I will received refund within 3 days did not happen. I had to go to Walmart Chats to get my refund. I hope Walmart take this seller off the Marketplace listing so nobody else got hurt
