Ordered a water hose real and tracking said it was delivered but it wasn't. I have cameras all around my home and
they never delivered it. I contacted the seller and was told I would get a refund in 7-10 days and never got it. Then they said person was out sick that does refunds and never got it. 2 months later still no refund. It has been almost 5 months and have been emailing them and all I got is crickets.
I WOULD DEFINITLY NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I

I purchase two disaster preparedness kits from this company back in April and still haven’t received my order or a refund. I let them know I haven’t received it and they said it was delivered. I have cameras and it definitely was never delivered. Then they said that they confirmed that I hadn’t received my order and that it must’ve been lost in transit. They asked if I wanted the to mail my order again in which I responded yes. Still haven’t received my order not a refund. I’m starting to thing I’ve been scammed. NEVER order anything from Hubtique. They’ll take your money and offer you excuse after excuse!! The only reason they got one store from me is because zero stars was not an option. Bunch of crooks!!
Ordered two items on two separate occasions. Neither EVER DELIVERED! They stall when you ask questions about your order. Either they say it was delivered or someone must have taken my package. I have ring cam and no such delivery was made. I also contacted my post office and no one ever broke into my mailbox. Do not buy from this organization!!!!!
I purchased a hose inns retractable reel from this company. Tracking had it going all over to places that don’t exist, finally saying it was delivered yesterday. It was never delivered and looking on line and on fab, this company has scammed a lot of people. Total BS Chinese Company that will rip you off. PayPal is no help either. Buyer beware Wish they had negative stats in the review.
